With this 5-star classified holiday apartment as your personal retreat, you can let yourself be carried away like the delicate birds in a fresh North Sea breeze: You are in the midst of Sylt's attractions and yet always have a view over the vast dune landscape and the proximity to the sea.

Everyone has heard of Kampen and Westerland – in their midst is a dream house that can impress not only Sylt connoisseurs with its advantages: "Witthüs Westerland" stands for the connection to the Frisian homeland. The vacation home belonging to Westerland knows how to skillfully combine Sylt's best contradictions: upscale amenities and rustic coziness, central location, and relaxing seclusion. Between the enchanting beach, modern golf course, and colorful island life, everyone finds their favorite spot here.

Your very own "Seagull's Nest" covers approximately 90 m². From the spacious living rooms, there is direct access to the garden with its own terrace for sunbathing. But even in colder temperatures, it will be pleasantly warm here. From spring 2021, you can end a fulfilling day in front of the electric fireplace or in the garden sauna, which is particularly soothing. Upon request, you can book a sauna package consisting of a bathrobe and sauna towel for a price of €20 per person. All living and sleeping rooms are equipped with high-speed internet and flat-screen TVs; modern Bluetooth devices allow you to accompany yourself with your own music selection.

A free parking space directly in front of the house is, of course, reserved for you. For electric cars, provisions are made: a house-owned wallbox can be easily booked in advance and is accessible for a fee of €20 per stay. A lockable paddock is available for bicycles in front of the house.
