This beautiful 110-square-meter vacation rental is situated in a lovely, quiet location right on the outskirts of Westerhofen, a district of the municipality of Ofterschwang, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery and hiking trails.
A beautiful swimming lake is just a 10-minute walk away. The wide range of recreational activities leaves little to be desired (e.g., ski lifts, ice rink, mountain hikes, bike trails, recreational pools, summer toboggan run, treetop trail, high ropes course…)
The towns of Sonthofen, Immenstadt, and Kempten are great places to go shopping.

On-site fees: Our spacious 110 m² attic apartment “Alpenzauber” accommodates up to 6 guests. The vacation apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a dining room that opens onto the living room—which is equipped with a 55-inch OLED flat-screen TV and Magenta TV—two bedrooms with box-spring beds and Swiss stone pine wood paneling, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, a separate toilet, an infrared sauna with a relaxation corner, and a large, sunny southwest-facing balcony. Winter sports equipment can be stored and dried in the boiler room. In the summer, a private e-bike garage is available. Free parking is available right next to the house, as well as free Wi-Fi.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
