The large balcony, facing south/southwest with a direct view of the lake, guarantees plenty of sunshine from noon until evening. The awning provides pleasant shade when needed. The comfortable lounge area is the perfect spot to relax. For sunbathers, two adjustable lounge chairs are also available. 2nd floor, unfortunately no elevator.
