Villa Christa 05 - spacious, bright apartment with bay window for four people

The villa is located on the popular Delbrückstraße in Heringsdorf, just a few meters from the boardwalk and the beach. Both the town centers of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf are within a few minutes’ walk. There is a bakery and several restaurants in the neighborhood.

This spacious vacation apartment on the second floor of the seaside villa offers a unique vacation home with authentic furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. Accommodate four people in 70 square meters and leave the worries of everyday life behind as you immerse yourself in the era of the Emperor and enjoy the nearby Baltic Sea beach.
The open-concept, light-filled living room with a bay window will quickly become your favorite spot in the apartment. A comfortable sofa set with two armchairs invites you to relax or enjoy TV nights together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and a four-burner ceramic stovetop are provided, as well as a coffee maker, an additional Nespresso machine, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a radio with Bluetooth. At the dining table, you can plan outings together, gather for game nights, or, of course, enjoy meals together.
The larger of the two bedrooms features a double bed (sleeping area 1.80 m x 2.00 m), a closet for your clothes, and blackout curtains for the windows. The smaller bedroom is furnished with two single box-spring beds and also features an additional TV. If needed, the two beds can be pushed together to form a second double bed.
In the apartment’s bathroom, you’ll find a shower, a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. A washing machine ensures your comfort even during longer stays.

The living room and bedrooms are fitted with high-quality hardwood flooring. For our younger guests, a travel crib with a mattress (without linens) and a high chair are available. A collection of games and children’s cutlery round out the amenities.
In the house’s large garden, you can enjoy a private seating area reserved exclusively for the apartment. You can park your car in the designated parking space next to the house. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
