This beautiful flat, renovated in 2015, is located just 200 m from the centre of Crikvenica. The 72 m2 ground floor flat consists of a living/dining room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the kitchen there is access to the 17 m2 furnished and sunny terrace. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, internet and electric barbecue. The private car park is located approx. 100 m from the house and is reserved for guests of the house. The nearest beach is only 350 metres away, so you can particularly enjoy the proximity to the Adriatic Sea.
