Beautiful, cosy villa "La Familia". 3 km from the centre of Moraira, 10 km from the centre of Calpe, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'059 m2 (fenced), flowers and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, roofed, parking on the premises. Shop, grocery, supermarket, shopping centre 450 m, restaurant 460 m, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "Playa de lAmpolla" 2.9 km pebble beach "Cala Baladrar" 1 km. Sports harbour 3.8 km, marina 3.8 km, golf course (9 hole) 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
