Great Holidays!!!!

I highly recommend choosing Villa Claudia. The Villa met our expectations in 100 %! Great swimming pool and fanastic view of the sea. The house is well equipped, especially in the kitchen you will find everything you need. Max and Sylvia, thank you for your hospitality! Anna & Piotr

Nice time in nice location with fantastic seaview

Claudia is a somewhat small but nicely located house with a wonderful seaview. I guess that it will satisfy guests most in summertime when outside temperatures are high and the windows in the porch can remain open all day. When these windows have to be closed because temperatures are low, the remaining space is modest while the living room has only limited possibilities for comfortable seating.

Moraira

Nice location with a 30 minute walk to the centre. Villa was fully equipped with a beautiful view of the sea. A little tired inside and out. Tv was not used as only German was available. Comms with manager was very good. He was very approachable and assisted us the best he good thank you.

Very nice house in an excellent area!This house is very well equipped and you can tell that the host is organized and also stays in the house. Well kept, clean and comfortable beds.The area is quiet and a short walking distance to grocery stores and some of the best restaurants in Moraira, but you definitively need a car to get the best experience. The closest neighboring gardens are somewhat untamed, but the house itself has a beautiful garden and stunning sea view.The air-conditioning in one of the rooms was not functioning for 10 out of our 14 day visit and the host did not offer any compensation for this. Of course things can break and they did what they could to fix it, but some form of compensation would have been in order I think. Hence 4/5 stars and not 5/5.Can highly recommend the house!

To start , can I say it was a beautiful location and lovely pool which my kids loved. Sitting up high with sea views.We just have some feedback to help others as we wouldn’t return due to these issues. 1- aircon- only in main bedroom and 2nd bedroom , not in 3rd room or living area. It can be very hot in summer so we wouldn’t have booked if known this. 2- they only made up two of the bedrooms as we had two children so ‘assumed’ we didn’t want the 3rd room. We booked a 3 bed villa as we have children who do not share and we often have to take it in turns with them etc. It would have been nice to have asked us first what our preference was and if we wanted other bed linen. 3- The hosts- We had to get in touch with the owner to ask for extra bedding to make up the beds and offered to put it on ourselves. This didn’t seem a problem at first. The host lady Hanna turned up and didn’t speak any English and appeared very aggressive shouting on the phone to the owner and at one point put her hand up to my face when I tried to find out what was happening. I did speak to the owner who was calm and kind but said the linen needed paying for which I have never heard of. Hanna went on to talk in polish loudly walking around the villa but did do the beds in the end.3- you have to pay for electric used - ours was around 140 for the week.4-beds are really hard and uncomfortable. 5-please read small print! Although this is only on the final contract sent out once paid. Thanks

Vielen Dank für das Feedback. Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen der Pool und die Aussicht gefallen haben. Zu den Klimaanlagen: Es steht in der Beschreibung klar geschrieben, dass es in zwei Schlafzimmer Klimaanlagen hat. Im dritten Schlafzimmer sind zwei Ventilatoren vorhanden. Das gleiche gilt beim Stromverbrauch, welcher bei den Nebenkosten in der FeWo Beschreibung klar umschrieben wird und zusätzlich zu bezahlen ist. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit der Kontaktperson von Ort nicht zufrieden waren. Die Betten werden gemäss der Anzahl Personen im Haus bezogen und es war genügend Bettwäsche vorhanden. Unsere Kontaktperson ist am Sonntag extra noch mal ins Haus gekommen, um dies zu regeln.

Beautiful villa with amazing view, pool was so warm. Nice walk into main resort with bars and restaurants on the way. Lovely bar at the bottom of the hill couple of minutes walk . We had a problem with the BBQ which was a shame but didn’t spoil our holiday. Huge supermarket next to the bar so a short walk to get supplies. Definitely recommend, the charge for electricity was so cheap 10 for 10 days using the air conditioning. The resort is beautiful

Cela fait 3 années consécutives que nous louons ce bien et ne nous en lassons pas.Depuis la magnifique terrasse, nous jouissons d’une magnifique vue sur la mer, le jardin proprement garnis de plantes méditerranéennes sans oublier bien entendu la piscine privée.La villa dispose de toute les commodités espérées et d’une grande propreté. La cuisine est très bien équipée aussi bien en articles ménagers qu'en vaisselles. Un garage pour la voiture est aussi à disposition dans la propriété. Des commerces tels que supermarché, restaurants et autres, se trouvent à /- 300 mètres de la villa.Bref cette villa est un rêve.

Sehr schön gelegenes Objekt. Alles zum Leben notwendige vorhanden. Leider fehlt im 3. Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Kurze Wege zum Einkauf .Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe, fußläufig zu erreichen.Badestrand in Moraira mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Badestrand in Calpe benötigt man mit dem PKW ca. 20 Minuten

Magnifique séjour à Moraira

Villa très agréable à proximité de plusieurs supermarchés, restaurant et autres commerces. Cuisine ultra complète il n'y manque rien, jolie terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer ainsi qu'une agréable piscine Bref nous y avons passé de magnifique vacances. Petit bémol: impossible de se faire comprendre correctement avec la personne chargée de nous accueillir.

Très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines dans la villa. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. La villa est correctement équipée et la vue est vraiment sympa entre la piscine en contre bas de la villa et la mer au loin La piscine est bien appréciable pour se rafraichir . Moraira est à 5 mn à peine en voiture. Compter environ 50 euros en plus pour l'électricité pour 2 semaines (On a utilisé la clim uniquement le soir et 2 fois une machine à laver ).

Séjour en famille

La maison est très bien entretenue, le descriptif est en adéquation avec les lieux. La ville est à 20 minutes à pieds de la maison. Les hôtes sont très réactifs, merci à eux. Idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis
