House was nice. Loved the pool with the golf course view. The house is well stocked. Nice area for taking morning and evening walks. Had a mishap with the host in the beginning of our stay which was a little rough, but she really tried to make up for it the rest of the stay.

Perfect Hideaway

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood adjacent to a golf course, and convenient to any beach destination or venue in Tampa/St. Pete/Sarasota/Bradenton. The hosts were very attentive and provided tons of information on the best area attractions and restaurants. The home is well stocked with everything you would need for a stay of a few days or a few months. The heated pool is a definite plus!Thank you for an very comfortable and relaxing home away from home!

Comfortable home and pool

Enjoyed our stay. Home was exactly as advertised. Lots of beach chairs and towels. Located on the golf course and had a private heated pool. Very attentive property manager. A bit challenging travelling on 75 but other than that I would definitely recommend this home.

Fla getaway

We pulled up the driveway. The key was where our host said it would be. It’s a very comfortable Homie. Feel we loved the heated pool with the rafts. Restarted the outside cooler with soft drinks. Stayed in touch with our host for places to go. There’s a grocery store right down the street which is nice. We grilled. We had a great time.

Great Experience!

The home was in a great location and the listing was very accurate. The owners communicated very well, and even had some drinks waiting for us due to our flight delays. We were in the area to visit family and I will definitely book this property for future trips!

Perfect solution to an unexpected visit.

We had to make an emergency trip and booked only a week out. But this location couldn’t be more perfect for our needs. The place was clean, very spacious, easy to get to, super close to grocery, in a nice neighborhood (you are literally feet from the 7th hole), and the hosts did a great job of communicating. Our arrival, the usage of household items, and our checkout was very easy. They got a 10/10 from usand we would stay again.

Family vacation

Lori and James were great host! They both communicated with us prior to our stay and were welcomed by Lori on the day of our arrival. The house had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. We wish we could've stayed longer and hope to be back.

Perfect family get away

This property was perfect for us. A family of 6. The beach accessories were the best. It was a quiet neighborhood on a golf course. Communication was great throughout and very helpful with suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Grocery store very close. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Property host extremely accommodating; even met us at the property to go over house rules and highlights. Host responded quickly to questions and concerns during our stay. Sleeping accommodations very comfortable. The only negative observations were that there are a few things in need of repair and the home could use updating.

Fantastic place to stay

This house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance you could imagine! There were no renters before or after us so the owner texted me and invited us to arrive early and also check out late. Communication with the owner was wonderful! She gave us suggestions for places to go to eat and shop and where to go to the beach. The batteries in the remote were dead so within minutes there was a bag of new batteries hanging on the front door. The pool was warm and we had a lot of fun! I can’t say enough good things about this house and the owners. I will be coming back if we are ever in the area again!

They need to make improvements but I'm grateful we had a place to stay last minute

Rented on short notice at Xmas - family emergency. 4 adults hoping for 3 beds (no futons) 2 baths. Messaged owner, didn’t respond right away but book request got accepted. Right off the bat, red flags. He messaged in app about his sister, who does checkin. Listing/instructions conflicting info re:protocol. No garage code as listed. Conflicting & confusing info. Text from sister (not in app) huge no-no, if you have issues with rental, VRBO has no proof Multiple texts about checkin but info vague/confusing. Should’ve set exact time to arrive. Said she’d leave key but will text when ready. I texted her 3 times - no response. We show up at 4:30pm. No VRBO app message during this time No key outside. Finally opens door in PANIC. She lost her phone. Losing your phone sucks but solution - call bro on landline, have him message in app. Not finished cleaning. Still wanted to show each room 4 instructions. Laundry c/o protocol, fine but nothing written. I know people have bad days, but she melted down so much we had to insist we were ok Suggest- Smart locks Update listing Lock items 4 NEXT renter in closet - current renters can’t access Write instructions house/app, NO verbal instructions @ c/i Issues: STRONG/BAD odor (din/liv) Smoky motel & cleaning chemicals. Carpet/fabric the culprit. Drag racers outside late PM. Ear plugs help. VERY dirty cabinets PROS- HUGE primary BR BR fans SOFT sheets Pillows HUGE ensuite Pool LARGE patio table Well equipped kitchen Beach gear Big couch

Return Stay

Nice property that met all our requirements. Used as home base for short stay in order to visit nearby extended family. Publix store nearby was handy for necessities. Owner and manager very responsive to queries. Nice setting on golf course and with pool, but due to busy schedule, really didn't have chance to use any amenities. Enjoyed stay in August for family visits, so returned again in December.

Perfect Villa & hosts

It was the 2nd time we have stayed at the villa and like before, everything was just perfect. A fantastic villa to stay in and Lori was so kind, generous and caring for the childrens' birthdays and our anniversary with gifts, cards and cakes. Thank you and we will definitely stay again on our next visit.

Met all our needs

Property had the necessary three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and was conveniently located for visits with nearby extended families. Publix close by. Adjacent to golf course and has a nice pool. Had no time to enjoy the amenities much due to brevity of the stay and busy schedule, but we enjoyed our time there.

You are centrally located. You are someone who wants to do a lot of activities but not spend hours on the road. If you have ever stayed at the Beach it can take 40 minutes just to reach the expressway. Not here...You can jump on the highway and get to all the major attractions in less than 45 minutes. Downtown Tampa, Amile Ice Area, The Tropicana Baseball Stadium, The Straz Musical Theater, Ebor City, Columbia Restaurant (The Famous 100 Year Old Cuban Family Restaurant) are all only 45 minutes away. Even leave the house at 7:30am and be at the gates of Disneyworld by 9 am (Traffic permitting). The Closest Beach is Pasa Grill Beach is 22 minutes away where when you park you the actual Water is less than 40 feet away, so no major walking just to reach the waves (Just over the Sunshine Bridge), Ellenton Shopping Outlet Mall is 10 minutes away (the next exit), The Coolest TOPGOLF Family Entertainment dome (topgolf.com) is only 15 minutes away, Downtown Bradenton is 20 minutes, 35 minutes to Bradenton Beach/Ann Maria Island Beach, 20 minutes to the brand New University town mall, 35 minutes to Sarasota and 50 Minutes to Siesta Key Beach (Awarded Many times #1 or #2 Beach in the United States for it's soft White (Flour Like) Sandy Beaches.

The house sits right on a recent Grand Opening (February 2017) of a completely Reconstructed Award Winning PUBLIC Golf Course called Moccasin Wallow Golf Course (formally Imperial Lakes Golf Club purchased by a well known Cady). All of the greens and course have been re-done, new tee boxes, New redone Clubhouse and Pro Shop. I played it this afternoon and I have never seen the greens ever look better! It is sure not to disappoint!
