We had a lovely stay. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather that let us use the outdoor space to the max. We also really appreciated the extra help with getting the pool heated up for us northerners. Beverage fridge on the lanai was also a hit. Inside, there was plenty of room to lounge and watch movies on the big couch. The little extra items (dish soap, laundry tabs, spices) were a very nice touch and saved us from having to buy those basics upon arrival.

Pam is absolutely wonderful host and very responsive to messages, even checking in upon our arrival. We loved the set up of her home the 2 bedrooms were on one side of house than the master bedroom and bath giving the kids and us some privacy. We absolutely loved the pool and deck with kayaks. Would stay here again. Thank you again Pam.

Fabulous house, perfect for outdoor living. The hosts Pam and Rich go way beyond expectations to help and ensure you have a great stay. The house is spotlessly clean and has everything you may need. The outside area makes this house, it's so comfortable, peaceful and private with a large pool. We saw dolphins at the dock which was a highlight. The area is really nice and quiet, with a great park at the end of the street. The neighbours are friendly. We would love to return for our next holiday.

This was a wonderful property. Plenty of room for all. Great common spaces and spots to read or watch TV or play games. The kitchen was lovely and well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils -- really, all you need for cooking. Great dining spaces as well. Owner responded quickly to all inquiries. Great location. Exactly as advertised, and I would book again.

Stay was so nice, we booked it twice! Our first week there was so perfect we extended the stay. I can’t say enough for how accommodating the owners were. The home itself is lovely, comfortable and quiet. We spent everyday at the pool, and when we went to the beach, the chairs, umbrella, and kids’ toys were a godsend.We’ll be back again!

April Getaway

The property was wonderful! It was our second time staying here, and we would stay again in the future. Property managers are friendly and very helpful. The neighborhood was quiet, and having the pool was very fun.

Pool Paradise

The house, pool and patio area were outstanding. Well equipped kitchen and very nice appliances. Great water access for kayaking, if we were younger. Would love to bring my teenage grandchildren there some day. Very convenient location for restaurants, airport, major roadways, shopping, and golf. Host, Rich, was very friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns. Neighbors were also friendly and helpful. Hope to return for another stay in the future.

Great outdoor area

We loved the pool area and being right on the canal - such a nice set up for enjoying the outdoors. There were some issues this year caused by recent hurricanes, but the owners were great to work with and all should be back to normal as I am writing this review. The house is very comfortable and well lmaintained. We will definitely be back.

The VRBO was very beautiful and well equipped. The hosts covered the bases in multiple areas. Paddle boards, kayaks and fishing gear were available for use. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for long-term cooking with crock pots, cast iron skillets, blender, etc. Very nice accessories. The heated pool was awesome and enjoyable. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. a couple of problems occurred with the pool but they were handled promptly and professionally. We were in contact with the hosts and they were very nice people who seemed seem very sincere and dedicated to making your stay with them as great as possible. I don't think that anyone would regret renting this property!

Nice Home

Everything was nice except the repairing construction of the sea wall. The property was damaged by the last 2 hurricanes. We were unable to use the yard and dock for fishing. Other than that the host Rich responded quicky to our needs and was a very nice person.

Tampa Trip for Sammy Hagar Concert

We had a great time. The house was centrally located to go between Tampa and the beach. We enjoyed cooking and eating out in the lanai even though we came at a very hot time of the year. The pool was very nice to keep us cool. We didn’t have time to do all the water sports but it was nice to have all the stuff to do it. We had a great trip!

Slice of Heaven

Amazing home with plenty of amenities. Very clean and spacious. Our family of five, counting Baxter, our corgi pup had plenty of room and comfort. The entire complex is extremely accommodating. The dockside fishing on the canal was great for leisurely casting a couple of lines, watching dolphins and fish jumping. We also caught blue crab and catfish. The pool was warm and inviting and the lanai was very helpful with the FL bugs. Plenty of patio furniture for meals or simply relaxing. The TV entertainment was outstanding as well. We also loved the neighborhood park, which has tons of family and pet-friendly activities and lights at night. The house is also centrally located to all sorts of wonderful beaches, coastal communities and parks for sightseeing or gator watching. All in all, we loved our stay and cannot wait to come back. Thanks very much for the opportunity.

This house worked great for us. A nice quiet neighborhood, a great outdoor living space around the pool, and nice views of the canal. We liked it so much that we booked again for next year.

Apollo beach

The home was very nice however when we arrived we saw that the kitchen wasn't cleaned,nthe Stove and refrigerator were filthy to a point where we had to clean them before use. We found the pots and pans were also full of grease and had to be washed before use. The sectional couch in the great room needs to be replaced when you sit down you go to the floor. The bunk bed mattress is also shot. They did replace the coffee maker as it was so dirty we wouldn't use it. The biggest issue with this rental was the owner and the wifi thermostat. We stayed at this home in mid January and so some days were hot and some were cold so we needed to use Heat and a/c. The owner managed the thermostat remotely and programmed it so it would only give us a temperature range that they wanted so On colder or warmer days I had to txt them and ask for the heat or ac settings to be changed. This sucked. I never heard of that before. The very 1st day I asked the owner to let me control the thermostat but that didn't happen. I'm not sure why this was. So we spent 2 weeks depending on the owner to give us heat or a/c. Won't go back.

The ability to have our own boat at the dock, with just a short 15-minute ride to Tampa Bay, sealed the deal. Having a 10,000 lb boat lift made boating convenient, secure, and stress-free.

We also fell in love with the private saltwater pool—a perfect place to relax, entertain, or simply enjoy Florida’s beautiful weather year-round. The home’s layout, with four rooms opening directly to the pool, created a unique flow that brings the outdoors in and makes everything feel bright, open, and welcoming. Whether it’s a quiet night in or an evening with friends, the setup is perfect for any occasion.

The neighborhood was the final piece of the puzzle. Apollo Beach is a peaceful, friendly waterfront community where people wave hello, take evening strolls, and genuinely enjoy the laid-back Florida lifestyle.
