NEW 2025 RARE Résidence CHALET LUXUEUX Rdc Plein Sud, SOLEIL toute la journée (stay without car)
DIRECT ACCESS to slopes (500m on skis)
PRIVATE GARDEN, enchanting view of the slopes and glacier of Monêtier Serre Chevalier.
Total peace and quiet, WIFI fiber.
Intimate garden with NO neighbours (lawn+shaded terrace), teak lounge, plancha/BBQ, deckchair, hammock and parasol, overlooking 3000m² of private lawn.
Winter: access to the slopes ON SKIS (8 boot dryers in secure room).
Summer: secure bike room, direct access to mountain biking, lakes, hiking, etc.
LUXURY amenities:
Modern comfort with underfloor heating, 4 south-facing bay windows, panoramic views. Luminous chalet design with larch cladding and solid wood frames. Architecture optimized for 8.
Double living room, ultra-equipped designer kitchen (robot).
SLEEP: (no dormitory!)
2 large bedrooms with parquet flooring and wooden closets, beds 160 x 200, hotel quality:
1/ one with TV and sound bar,
2/ one with desk 160 x 200
3/ Kids' sleeping area: bunk beds with private shower
4/ Living room: divided into 2 independent areas, one of which can be isolated, with hotel-quality 160 x 200 + 140 sleeper, electric fireplace + TV55p.
Linen and towels optional (extra charge).

1 shower room with walk-in shower.
