The villa is located in a secure, gated, waterfront complex on a rock with breathtaking views and a private beach near the picturesque village of Afytos, which you can reach in about 10 minutes on foot.
Very clean and open ambience with an open, fully equipped kitchen and a 1000 sqm, very well-kept garden. Discover many shops, bars and traditional taverns in the area in one of the most beautiful villages in Greece.
Barbecue equipment and private parking are of course also available.
You can relax on the beach or in the garden, take small or large day trips and explore the surrounding area. Visit Kallithea, Chanioti, N. Moudania, spend a day shopping in Thessaloniki, drive further, for example, to Meteora or book a boat trip from Ouranoupolis to admire the monasteries of the famous Mount Athos.
Thessaloniki airport is 70 km away.
