It features 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.60 × 2 m), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a spacious living room with a two-seater sofa and two swivel armchairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave. the bungalow also features a separate utility room with a washer and dryer. The bungalow also offers every comfort and is equipped with a TV, high-speed internet, towels, and bed linens. A parking space is included with the bungalow. There is also parking available for a larger vehicle.

The bungalow is situated amidst the orchards of the Drachenfelser Ländchen. Right outside the door, you’ll find yourself on the country roads leading to the Apple Route, the golf course, horse stables, and the Berkumer shopping center—an area perfect for walking and biking.
The vacation bungalow is located near Bonn and Bad Godesberg and has access to public transportation. Driving times are as follows: 10 minutes to downtown Bad Godesberg, 15 minutes to the post office / Telekom / Museum Mile / UN, 20 minutes to downtown Bonn, 20 minutes to the Ahr Valley, 30 minutes to the Siebengebirge, and 35 minutes to Cologne.
