Cleaning and Tenant ResponsibilityTenants must maintain the property in a clean and orderly condition throughout their stay.Upon departure, the property must be handed over in a tidy and swept condition, including:Disposing of all rubbishStripping beds and placing bed linen in a pillowcase in the hallwayPlacing kitchen textiles and towels in the hallwayWashing and putting away all dishesEmptying the refrigerator, setting it to 0 °C, and leaving the door open (except July and August)Setting the heating to position 1 or 15 °CClosing all windows and doorsFailure to fulfill these obligations may result in VSW arranging cleaning or maintenance at the tenant’s expense.
