This comfortable apartment offers a pleasant and well-equipped stay for two guests. The cosy living room invites you to relax on the comfortable corner sofa while enjoying your favourite programme on the flat-screen TV.
The dining area with four chairs is perfect for relaxed meals, which you can easily prepare in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and toaster. For coffee lovers, there is a filter coffee maker, while tea lovers can use the kettle.
After a day full of activities, you can unwind in the bedroom, which features a spacious double bed of 180x200 cm and ample storage space in the large wardrobe. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
For extra relaxation, you can enjoy the 5 m² balcony, where a garden table with chairs is ready for a cosy breakfast outdoors or a drink at sunset.
Travelling with a little one? For guests up to 2 years old, a baby cot of 60x120 cm and a high chair are available. The apartment also includes one parking space, so your car can be safely parked during your stay. In addition, the property has a storage room for ski equipment and bicycles.

Cleaning and Tenant ResponsibilityTenants must maintain the property in a clean and orderly condition throughout their stay.Upon departure, the property must be handed over in a tidy and swept condition, including:Disposing of all rubbishStripping beds and placing bed linen in a pillowcase in the hallwayPlacing kitchen textiles and towels in the hallwayWashing and putting away all dishesEmptying the refrigerator, setting it to 0 °C, and leaving the door open (except July and August)Setting the heating to position 1 or 15 °CClosing all windows and doorsFailure to fulfill these obligations may result in VSW arranging cleaning or maintenance at the tenant’s expense.
Responsibility for PropertyTenants are responsible for the property and its inventory during the rental period.Any damage must be reported to VSW immediately.Damage not reported before departure or occurring during the rental period will be repaired at the tenant’s expense.VSW does not provide insurance coverage for tenants or their personal belongings during the rental period.
