The modern "Ankerkoje" house is ideal for both small and large families with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as the fenced plot.

Here you’ll find rest and relaxation. The living room features a cozy sitting area with a TV and a wood-burning stove, as well as a dining table with 6 chairs. The modern open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and much more. There is a bathroom with a shower on the first floor and another one upstairs with a washing machine and a hair dryer. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor; one of the bedrooms also has a second TV. A travel crib and high chair are available for free use. The attic has been furnished as a reading room, and from here you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the open landscape and nature. The entire first floor has roller shutters, and the windows are equipped with fly screens. Outside, you’ll find a grill, sun loungers, a beach chair, and garden furniture. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Parking for two cars is located directly on the property.

Latest update: Unfortunately, the stairs along the cliffs have been temporarily closed by the municipality for safety reasons. The main staircase remains freely accessible. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical “Ghost Forest”—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day-trip destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.
