The host communication was terrible, hard time to get inside the gate, as a neighbor helped us get in. We called the host, whose message said that the host is on vacation! We had to call the emergency VRBO headquarters to get inside the house. Once we go inside, we found many items filthy dirty (mold growing on several items). No dishwasher soap. Microwave, oven and table surfaces dirty and the list goes on and on…. We could not even get the host to call us back, and he ignored us. We wrote to the host and copied the Support team at VRBO and could not get anyone’s attention!
