Very very modern, beautiful residence, 3 storeys, built in 2019. 300 m from the centre of Arzon, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 300 m from the sea. For shared use: park 3'000 m2 (fenced), indoor pool heated, fenced (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 28.May. - 13.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 15:00-19:00). In the complex: lift, storage room for bicycles. Parking space n 14, communal covered parking. Shop 300 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Fogeo" 1.5 km. Sports harbour 300 m, golf course (18 hole) 4 km, sailing school 2 km, tennis 2 km. Nearby attractions: Port du Crouesty 300 m, Port Navalo-Golfe du Morbihan 1.5 km, Thalassotherapie 1.6 km, Sarzeau 11 km, Vannes 33 km, Carnac 60 km. Hiking paths: GR34.
