Modern Dream Apartment with Sea View & Pool near Trogir and Split

Enjoy a swim in the pool with a lounge area and a view of the sea or spend lovely, relaxing hours on the beach just 200 meters away. The "Copacobana", a large bathing beach with bars, water playground and restaurants, is also within walking distance.

Our Apartment Lotos is part of a small apartment complex in Okrug Gornji on the island of Ciovo. The three-room apartment on the second floor is 80 square meters in size and consists of a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/toilet/washing machine and an additional toilet with washing facilities. Our apartment includes free access to the in-house swimming pool right next to the house. From the enclosed lounge area you have a direct view of the sea.

The large balcony faces south and offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the two offshore islands of Šolta and Brač. The kitchen is opulently equipped with a dishwasher, extractor hood, ceramic stove with four hotplates and oven, large freezer-fridge combination and microwave - plus a kettle, coffee machine and toaster.

The tastefully furnished, spacious living room has a modern LED flat screen TV with satellite connection, DVD player and air conditioning. A large glass door with a panoramic window leads to the balcony with a sea view. The living room is divided into an elegant seating area with two large sofas, a carpet and a table made of solid cherry wood, as well as a cozy dining area with a table and chairs.

On the balcony there is also a dining table with chairs and a large multifunctional rattan couch that can be used as a bench, lounger and even a bed. The two bedrooms are on the cooler north side of the building. An underground parking space is included in the price.

Large parts of the island are natural and ideal for hiking or biking. Trogir, three kilometers away, with its picturesque old town (world heritage site) and the sophisticated marina is on the doorstep. It is 20 kilometers to the Adriatic metropolis of Split with the world-famous Diocletian's Palace and 8 kilometers to Split Airport. Spectacular filming locations from the Game of Thrones fantasy series can be visited and viewed in Split and the surrounding area.
