The City of Seaside has clear regulations regarding occupancy limits, which apply to both overnight guests and daytime visitors. These rules are designed to help preserve neighborhood character and ensure safety for all guests. Because of this, we must respectfully follow the maximum occupancy limit listed for the home and are unable to allow additional guests beyond that number, even for just a few hours. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back again for another relaxing stay!
