The property has an air/air heat pump for optimum comfort all year round. Private parking for up to three vehicles is available directly on the property.



For stays of more than a week, bed linen and towels are provided. For shorter stays, linen and towels are available as an optional extra; details will be provided once you have made your reservation.



The owner may be present on site in July and August in an adjoining flat, without certainty, and will remain discreet while remaining available if necessary.



The deposit is to be handed over personally on arrival and will be returned if the accommodation is left in good condition.

Please leave the accommodation in the condition in which you found it, otherwise additional costs will be deducted from the deposit. A pre-departure check will be carried out by the owner.
