It is very bright and features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, dishes, coffee maker), a large bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a small bedroom, and a terrace (starting in summer 2025).
