Villa 'Jara' with Private Pool, Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Villa Jara is a unique retreat featuring a restored main house over 200 years old, a newly built guesthouse, and a well-maintained outdoor area with a summer kitchen, shaded terrace, and poolside space. The property is committed to sustainability, powered year-round by solar panels providing clean energy.



The main house offers an open-plan kitchen and a bright living-dining area with white tones, exposed beams, and sandstone floors. It is equipped with modern appliances and has a fireplace for cooler months. Upstairs is the only bedroom in the original house—also the only one with air conditioning—offering a private terrace and a modern bathroom.



Outside, a covered porch with stone benches and views of the orchard provides an ideal spot to relax. The terracotta guesthouse contains four independent double bedrooms, each with a private entrance, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom.



The 10 x 4 m pool (depth 0.70 m to 2 m) is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas. There is also a shaded area and a summer kitchen with a charcoal barbecue.



The heated pool maintains a temperature between 25°C and 28°C, depending on weather and use of the thermal cover.



Located in a private yet well-connected setting, close to the road leading to Es Trenc and Ses Covetes.



A security deposit is required at check-in and will be returned after the property is inspected at the end of your stay.
