Holiday Home 'Am Teich' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday home 'Am Teich' is located in Sankt Leonhard near Freistadt and offers a wonderful view of the gentle hills of the Mühlviertler Alm. The two-storey accommodation provides around 170 m² of luxurious living space for two people and consists of a living room with sleeping area, a kitchen, a conservatory, a wine cellar, a bedroom, and two bathrooms each with separate toilets. In total, the house accommodates up to four people. Upon request, you can bring and set up a travel cot in the bedroom – ideal for families with small children. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, as well as a conservatory with adjoining wine cellar and wine fridge. A private sauna made of stone pine wood with a wood-fired stove is also available. The house is built with a timber frame and insulated with wood fibre and sheep wool.



The detached holiday home on the edge of the village also features a large orchard and two small fish ponds. A private waterfall with adjacent barbecue area as well as open and covered terraces are also available. Public transport is within walking distance. In winter, a cross-country ski trail runs directly past the house. In summer, the Johannesweg and the Mühlviertler Alm invite you to hike and explore. There are two parking spaces on the property. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. The accommodation offers a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles. Please note that the property is not suitable for children under 10 years due to the private pond.
