Not only the huge freestanding bathtub, the large bathroom with a sauna and infrared sauna, but also the spacious layout of the living and sleeping areas are impressive (living area: 140 m³). Also worth mentioning is a lovely outdoor terrace with beautiful seating—the private garden and the proximity to Usedom and the Szczecin Lagoon!Thanks to the reliable Wi-Fi, you can work effortlessly from here, too! The house is located on a side street with a large driveway—there’s plenty of space to park 2–3 cars or even an RV. In town, you’ll find a bakery, a large supermarket, a plant shop, a liquor store, a bank, a pizzeria, and an Asian takeout spot! All of these are within walking distance, or you can use one of our bikes 😄
