Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time I stayed here. It’s my favorite place to stay at Sea Village. Clean, comfortable, and close to downtown Kona. The sunsets from the lanai are incredible. I know that I’ll be staying here again.

Sitting on the lanai overlooking the ocean was awesome! Hearing the waves while we slept instantly put us in vacation mode and lolled us into peaceful dreams. Corrinna had great communication before & during our stay. She was very helpful with any inquiries we had and quick response time. We did not need the AC. Fans & screens open were enough. Dishwasher needs updating. Front tiles of the shower need replacing but overall a really clean unit. We would have no hesitation to return!

Fantastic views!

Really enjoyed our stay. We ended up not even using the air conditioner in the living area so we could enjoy the tropical breezes and listening to the ocean roar just steps from the porch. Also the provided cooler and snorkel equipment was much used and appreciated.

Great view.

Awesome view of the bay, spent many nights watching the sunset from the lanai. Quiet and clean area, short drive to town.

Spectacular Views

The condo was clean & comfortable for the two of us. Location was ideal to visit all of the great local Kona restaurants. But the view from the lanai made our stay fantastic.

Great location

Just right for a couple. Nice to have a washer/dryer in unit. The lanai was the highlight. Right over the water. Would definitely stay there again

Great location, and provides beach toys!

We enjoyed the location, very basic indoor area, but good patio looking at the ocean. We loved the pool and hot tub. The dish washer was rather rusty on the inside. Have to worry about getting charged extra for using too much AC. They had a bunch of beach toys we enjoyed using! Texted owner to grab something we accidentally left and he was kind and allowed us to swing back by and check!

Any Hawaii visit is good.

Had great fun. But we're a bit disappointed the unit furnishings were quite unlike the VRBO photo gallery.

Nice property right on the water, overall nice place. Did let the property owner of some suggested items that would really help, have not heard anything back from them. Would recommend this place!!

Great location as jumpoff point to head north or south!

My companion and I thoroughly enjoyed the property. Having AC was great but we didn't need to use it after 1st night, just opened up the glass shutters and it was amazing listening to the ocean waves below. Amazing view from the lanai as well. Super friendly guests at the pool/hot tub. Would recommend and stay at this property again!

Perfect!

The house is lovely and nicely outfitted. The deck is the best feature of all - comfy furniture and hammock right on the water. Nice neighborhood with small park one block over perfect for walking our small dog. Owners were very responsive when contacted.

Kona Vacation

This was a great place to stay. We arrived to an uncleaned condo, but Wayne was on it right away, and the cleaning crew arrived promptly, doing a lovely job. There are a few things that could use some maintenance, but overall it was a great stay. We very much enjoyed sitting on the lanai right over the water. It's also very close to the shops and restaurants, so very convenient. Wayne is a great host, and very accommodating to any of our needs/requests.

Absolutely fantastic!!

The view is even more beautiful than photos can describe! The place was very clean, bed was comfy, and there was everything you could think of provided. The only small complaint I have at all is that it got very warm at times, and it was hard to be comfortable knowing we might be charged for extra electricity. Overall one of the best places I’ve stayed in my extensive Hawaiian islands travels!!!

Comfortable unit in great location

We have stayed in this unit for several years, and keep coming back because of the excellent upkeep, the easy accessibility, and especially the view! The owners have been very easy to work with, be it a repair needed, a suggested improvement, or just the name of a favorite restaurant. The kitchen is adequately furnished,(one smaller cooking pot would be nice), towels and linens are great. We highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this condo! Gorgeous view, nice condo, snorkeling equipment, even air conditioning (which a lot of places don't have here). Perfect location. Check-in/out automated. Management not really responsive while we were there, but that was not a big deal.

Beach getaway with my daughter

Beautiful grounds and wonderful restaurants and beaches walking distance. Town was about a mile walk one way. There are no beach chairs or ice chest in this unit. We brought our own snorkeling gear. The back door slider does need some serious attention very difficult to open and shut and does not completely latch.

Can’t beat the view and crashing waves.

Loved the view and location. Nicely organized condo and very well equipped. Has not had much updating but everything works and is functional. Only negative for us is that it is a wooden building so if the people above are heavy footed you will hear it. Fold out couch bed is adequate but the mattress couldn’t be described as luxurious. Loved all the beach equipment it came with.

The Lanai makes it worth it

On the island for 11 days and this is our first time staying at this property. We have been to the big Island about 20 times. The ocean view is fantastic and the small A/C units make life so much better. Overall the place was great with just a few short comings. Depending on who is staying upstairs it can be quite loud in the condo and the stairway can get a bit loud as well. The location is great and the Lanai makes it all worth it. The kitchen wasn't 100% clean on arrival with dirty dishes in the dishwasher, but the bedroom and bathroom were great. We would stay here again.

Great View

The view and property was very nice. Convenient location close to downtown. The cleaning of unit was less than adequate. The bed sheets were obviously not changed (slept in), ceiling fans had heavy accumulation of dust and a large (dead) cockroach in living room. I suggest hiring a new cleaning company.

Fantastic lanai and complex in Kona

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The unit was fantastic, literally right on the ocean, which was important to us for this trip. We ate meals there and loved the crashing waves on the rocks below. We did not expect the wonderful atmosphere of other guests and owners who gather in the central area to bbq and chat, and eat under the stars with sturdy picnic tables and torchlight. The swim pool and hot tub were also wonderful. The unit itself is clean and bright and had everything that we needed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, even the pull out sofa was a hit with the family. We had plenty of clean towels and extra linens and blankets. We hope to stay again sometime in the future.
