Newly built vacation apartment (90 sqm) on the 1st floor of the residential building with a separate exterior staircase, 2 bedrooms with 3 and 2 beds, respectively; a spacious, cozy 26-square-meter country-style living room with a couch (which can also be converted into a sleeper sofa), a 43" 4K TV with satellite reception, a table and corner bench, as well as an additional sofa. And for romantic evenings, you can light the wood-burning stove with a viewing window. Newly furnished kitchen with a large stovetop, oven, range hood, refrigerator, coffee maker, bread maker, electric kettle, radio, etc. There is also a dining table in the kitchen with a sliding door leading to the living room and access to the south-facing balcony. Lake Chiemsee, the “Bavarian Sea,” is also only 10 km away and can be reached quickly via beautiful bike paths. Ideal for bike tours on cycling and hiking trails in all directions, starting right from the accommodation. The majestic Wilde Kaiser mountain range (2,344 m) is about a 30-minute drive away. The Hochplatte mountain railway is 3 km away, and the Hochfelln gondola is 10 km away. Marquartstein Fairy Tale Park is about 3 km away.
