New 75 m² vacation apartment with a balcony, sleeps up to 4, 2 separate bedrooms

The vacation rental is located on an old farmstead, where part of the threshing floor has been completely renovated into a vacation rental. The apartment’s entrance and balcony face west, away from the courtyard in a quiet location, with a small footpath running past that leads directly to the nearby fruit trail and bee exhibit. The apartment is very centrally located in Grassau; the swimming lake is just a 5-minute walk away, as is the town center.
Our newly built, 5-star vacation rental is very stylish and furnished to a high standard. The blend of rustic wooden elements and a modern ambiance gives the apartment a special charm. In the light-filled kitchen-living room on the top floor, you’ll immediately feel right at home. This area, as well as the rest of the apartment, is well protected from the summer heat by roller shades and venetian blinds. In the back of the open-concept space, you can comfortably wind down the day on our large family couch. The inviting dining area is also located there. At the front is the spacious kitchen, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a view of the mountains. From here, you can access the covered balcony on the west side, which offers a wonderful view of the Hochplatte all the way to the Wilder Kaiser in Tyrol. The two bedrooms are furnished with two double beds measuring 180x200 cm. In the Swiss stone pine room, you can soak up the soothing scent of the essential oils emanating from the solid Swiss stone pine furniture. The oak room is a very high-quality bedroom featuring rustic solid oak furniture and a large wardrobe. The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower. The apartment is equipped with a controlled ventilation system, making it well-suited for people with allergies. The apartment’s entrance door is located on the first floor and is accessed via a separate outdoor staircase.

The apartment is located in Viehhausen, one of the oldest districts in Grassau, characterized by old farm buildings.
The location of the vacation rental is ideal for guests, as both the town center and Lake Reifinger are just a 5-minute walk away. Our ice cream parlor, known far beyond the town, is just a 2-minute walk away.
Surrounded by mountains, the very family-friendly Reifinger Lake is part of our district and invites you to swim and relax at the lakeside restaurant.
The nearby, beautifully landscaped golf course is a 10-minute walk away and offers opportunities for long, relaxing walks, which can be extended to include the Kendlmühlfilzen high moor with its moorland trail and observation tower.
Our “Bavarian Sea,” Lake Chiemsee, is about 9 km away.
Hikes and bike tours into the Chiemgau Mountains can be started right from the apartment.
The Chiemgau region is known for its great bike trails and many family-friendly mountain hikes.
