The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom, which features natural light, includes a walk-in shower and a toilet.

The living area opens onto a small terrace. The property features a bench and a shared grill in the outbuilding. The apartment comes with a parking space. A lockable bike shed is available on the property for the safe storage of bicycles.

Accessibility
The apartment is located on the first floor and is largely accessible at ground level. There is a single step at the building entrance; there are no steps inside the apartment. The walk-in shower ensures comfortable use.

Special Features
A washing machine for shared use is available to all guests in the utility room located in the hallway. The parking spaces on the property are arranged one behind the other, so that two vehicles can park in a row. A brief coordination among guests is required.
