Narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 250 m, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 250 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Spiez" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 2.8 km, public bathing area 4.5 km, lake Thunersee 4.5 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, skisport facilities 4 km. Nearby attractions: Interlaken, Blausee. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Adelboden - Lenk, Jungfrau Region. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee. Please note: no lift. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Fully renovated in 2025, very comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with dining table, cable TV and electric shutters. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Solar power. Small terrace, west facing position. Marvellous view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). E-charging station. Please note: non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher.
