This quietly located 2-room vacation apartment is on the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex. With a living area of approximately 46 m², the apartment is suitable for up to 4 people.

The apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a high-quality double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a pull-out corner sofa, and direct access to the balcony with a limited distant view of the Baltic Sea. You can store your vacation clothes in the closet. The separate bedroom is equipped with a pull-out bed (2x 80x200 cm) and a second TV. The modern kitchen features amenities such as an oven at a convenient working height, a dishwasher, a 2-burner stovetop, and a cozy dining table for 4 people. From the hallway, you can access the stylish designer bathroom with ample storage space. From the balcony, you can enjoy the sunrise. Wi-Fi is included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store your bicycles in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated).

Would you like to bring your dog on vacation? Up to 2 dogs are welcome to stay here for an additional fee.
