Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office located at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

From the underground parking garage, you can easily take the elevator to the first floor. A spacious hallway welcomes you. Hang up your jackets—and make yourself at home. The modernly furnished bedroom of your vacation rental (approx. 54 square meters) is accessible from the hallway.

The room is furnished with a double bed (2x90x200 cm) with a nightstand, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV. Blackout pleated blinds on all windows—the perfect protection against light, prying eyes, and the sun. The living room, featuring an open kitchen and seating area, leaves nothing to be desired. If you enjoy cooking, it’s a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen. The couch converts into a sleeping area (140x200 cm). A second flat-screen TV ensures cozy evenings. From the living room, you can step out onto the covered balcony. That first cup of coffee in the morning, the daily newspaper in hand… Could a morning get any better? The modern bathroom with a towel warmer, hair dryer, and toilet rounds out the amenities of this vacation rental. A washer and dryer are available for a fee in the building’s basement. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

To ensure you can start your vacation feeling relaxed, a free underground parking space is available. There is space in the basement for your beach gear. You can store your bicycles in the separate bike room.

The rental price is based on 2 people; the 3rd and 4th person will be charged an additional fee per night.
