"Strandkoje" Vacation Rental with Balcony in Haus Baltic in Grömitz

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

With approximately 35 m² of living space, this one-room vacation apartment with a balcony can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Baltic building.

From the apartment’s hallway, you’ll find the kitchen to the right, the combined living and sleeping area straight ahead (with access to the furnished balcony), and the interior bathroom to the left. A cozy sleeper sofa is available for sleeping in the living area. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs and a flat-screen TV. You can conveniently store your vacation clothes in the large closet. The separate kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a stove (4 burners), an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker for your morning or afternoon coffee is, of course, also available. The interior bathroom features a shower. You can spend relaxing moments on the covered, furnished balcony.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A bike rack and a bike storage room are available for any bicycles or e-bikes you bring with you. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the basement of the neighboring building (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not permitted.

The Grömitz Dune Mile is just a few minutes’ walk away. Stroll along the promenade, discover small boutiques, and enjoy restaurants and cafés with ocean views. The charming town center, with its pedestrian zone, bakeries, pharmacies, and supermarkets, is also within easy reach. Numerous recreational activities, such as the climbing park at Lensterstrand, the golf club, or the Grömitzer Welle, are located in the immediate vicinity.
