Depending on the progress of construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.

This modern and cheerfully furnished vacation apartment in Laboe is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and offers the ideal accommodations for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea coast. In the cozy living area, you’ll find a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV. On this level is the master bedroom, featuring a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). One floor below, you’ll find the well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and toaster. Right next to it is the dining table, which offers plenty of space for shared meals. From here, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony and enjoy relaxing hours outdoors with the fresh sea air. On this level is the second bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). Please note that the levels are connected by a space-saving staircase with alternating half-width steps. The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer.

During the season from approximately April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available to you on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

An underground parking space is reserved for your vehicle; bicycles can also be stored there safely. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included.

Please note that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed.
