This approx. 70 m² one-room vacation apartment for up to 4 people is located on the 18th floor of the Panoramic complex and offers a breathtaking view from its spacious, glass-enclosed balcony. Take the elevator to the 17th floor; from there, a few steps lead up to your vacation apartment on the 18th floor.

The living/sleeping area features an open layout and invites you to relax with a cozy double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a sleeper sofa. The large window front provides plenty of natural light and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The large balcony offers plenty of space and, thanks to its glass enclosure, provides adequate shelter even during the cooler months. From here, you can also access the small summer bedroom (unheated), which is furnished with another double bed (2x 90x200 cm). The summer bedroom is available starting in April. The fully equipped kitchen features many amenities for preparing your meals, which you can then enjoy together at the dining table. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, so you can start each morning refreshed and ready for a new day of your vacation.

There is a reserved outdoor parking space for your car.

On the grounds, you’ll find a children’s playground as well as a green area with ping-pong tables, basketball, tennis (for a fee), bocce, and a barbecue area for shared use. There is another playground in the adjacent park. You can use the 25-meter swimming pool on the property for a fee. Additionally, a laundromat and bike rentals from Sunny Bike are available.

Would you like to bring your dog on vacation? Up to 2 dogs are welcome to stay here for an additional fee. Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property.
