A 3-bedroom vacation home for families and nature lovers. Up to 4 adults and 2 children can enjoy complete peace and quiet here in approximately 80 m² and unwind from everyday life.
In the spacious living room, an electric fireplace, along with the heater, provides cozy warmth on cool days. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with electric blinds and 2 additional smart TVs. There are also two double beds and a bunk bed for children. Enjoy your evenings watching your favorite movies from the media library or treat yourself to a fondue night (an electric fondue set is included).
With a high-speed Wi-Fi connection via fiber-optic internet, you can work or surf the web as needed. All three TVs have an internet connection and access to popular streaming services.
In your own garden, you can relax, listen to the birds singing in the morning, sunbathe at noon, or play with the kids and your pets. The patio, equipped with a modern charcoal grill, offers the perfect setting for enjoyable evenings together. A small electric grill is also available for quick grilling. The garden is densely landscaped all around, largely secluded, and fully fenced.
The Baltic Sea seal really does exist: Every year, two seals follow the herring shoals and then settle on Schönberg Beach for a while. With a little luck, you can watch them sunbathing.
Your parking space is about 80 meters from the house. You can drive right up to the house upon arrival and departure. A small shed is available for bicycles, surfboards, and other gear.
