Our holiday home is of an older build and offers a simpler style of furnishing, which is also reflected in the comparatively lower rental price. Nevertheless, it is well maintained and regularly checked. We appreciate your comments regarding furniture and equipment and will consider where improvements can be made. Regarding the “basics” such as water or groceries: as every guest has different preferences, we do not provide these items as standard. This is also mentioned in the house description. Basic supplies such as soap and toilet paper for the first needs are usually available – we will make sure to pay closer attention to this in the future. The local property management provides guests with all important information and also points out house rules – mainly to ensure fairness for all tenants and to maintain the property. We will, however, gladly pass on your feedback to them. We are sorry that these aspects somewhat clouded your impression – all the more we are pleased that you still enjoyed your time at the villa.
