It features a spacious ground floor with an integrated kitchen, dining, and seating area complete with a cozy fireplace and satellite TV (German channels). One bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower and WC are also located on this level. The upper floor houses two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, and microwave. Hot and cold water is supplied from private wells, and heating is provided by electric heaters and the fireplace. High-speed internet access, a baby cot, and a high chair are available. A washing machine and table tennis table can be found in a separate building.
