ロングビーチ島の静かな北端にあり、灯台、レストラン、バー、ショッピングなどにも徒歩圏内で、アメリカ最高のファミリーリゾートをお楽しみください。

この完全にエアコン付きのペントハウスアパートメントは、小売店のアートストアの上の最上階にあります。 それは3つのベッドルーム（キング、クイーンとツインズ）、2つのフルバス、リビングルーム、ダイニングエリア、キッチンと椅子とchaisesとデッキがあります。 家はきれいに装飾されており、グルメキッチンにはすべての食器類が備わっています。 家にはフラットスクリーンテレビ3台、ビデオ/ DVD 1枚、ケーブル、ワイヤレス高速インターネット回線が備わっています。 賃貸人はリネンとタオルを持参するだけです。 アパートは素敵で静かですが、実際にはそれは賃貸人によって「平和なエリー」として記述されています。

We have been vacationing at this property since 2022. Clean and comfortable, it is convenient to the beach and the amenities that Barnegat Light has to offer. Susan has been a great landlord who is very responsive. We enjoy the hospitality of her tastefully appointed home.

This property was perfect for a couples getaway and was so much bigger than what we expected! Loved the quiet location, the larger bedrooms, peaceful roof deck and proximity to Moustache Bills, Poppy’s and How Your Brewin. Susan was also dream property owner to speak with and was always kind, efficient, and helpful. We absolutely will be back!

Lovely 3 bedroom in convenient Barnegat Location

Very nice place and gracious host. Three bedrooms are all spacious, and layout of place is quite nice. A deck with lounge chairs and BBQ is just off the living room. Despite initial challenges with keys (my fault), Susan the host was accommodating and supportive. All in all a very nice place and a good value for LBI.

Great stay in Barnegat light

We had a great time in Barnegat. The beach house was clean and very inviting. I was very surprised by how spacious the property was. This is a really nice area of LBI. We had everything we needed, and our host was very nice and friendly and answered all our questions. Thank you for a great vacation!

Perfect Vacation Getaway!

Clean and convenient vacation home in a quiet area of Long Beach Island. Susan is very responsive to any inquiries we may have. We very much enjoyed our visit. This was our second year with Susan and we plan on returning next year.

Great Week in a Great Location

Susan's place was perfect. Conveniently located away from the noisy southern area of LBI but still close enough to activities and restaurants. The beach was a lovely 10 minute walk from the unit or there is a free trolley that helps eliminate the walking on the soft, hot sand. Susan's communication was timely and very helpful. Would definitely consider another stay here.

Great Time at Barnegat Light

Great location

We loved our stay in BL & the accommodations were really nice. We all enjoyed working on puzzles here and there when we weren’t at the beach or out and about. There is a small table in the living room that’s perfect for that. We walked practically everywhere, and especially enjoyed the sunsets near the lighthouse. That end of the island has always been my happy place. Can’t wait to go again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. We had a wonderful vacation.

Nice penthouse in Barnegat light

The penthouse right above the art store is very spacious, with good beds and modern bathrooms. Location is right across from the mini golf course and poppy’s ice cream shop and about 4 blocks from the lighthouse and the 9th street beach. The unit had everything we needed except perhaps an outdoor shower. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Property

Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! We loved how spacious the property was, both the common spaces and the bedrooms. We liked how well stocked the kitchen was, and loved the rooftop deck among the trees. Furniture was nice and cozy. The only challenge was the very steep stairs to enter and the uneven walkway leading to the entrance, challenging for anyone who has mobility issues. There is only room for 2 cars. GREAT location, in the middle of a lot of commerce in Barnegat Light and also very quiet at night.

Beautiful rental at the quiet end of LBI!

Such a beautiful 3 bedroom “apartment” in Barnegat Light! So bright and airy, located above a little shop. Feels like a single home. Our favorite spot was the upper deck, with lots of privacy and shade from surrounding trees. We loved walking along the northern point, watching the sun set, and having meals at the many quaint eateries in the area. Everything is very walkable in this very peaceful end of LBI. Easy check in, great communication with the owner. We would def recommend and hope to vacation here next summer!

First time to LBI

My family rented Susan's place for a week in late August. First time to LBI and Barnegat Light. Barneat Light is lovely, very quite and non-commercial, which was exactly what we wanted. Beauitful, uncrowded beaches. As many others mentioned, it's a long walk to the beach from Susan's place through the dunes, but parking is not an issue. So, we drove and parked at 9th street, 22nd street and 15th street different days with no problem whatsoever. Very enjoyable stay in Barnegat Light.

Really nice experience

When I opened the email asking me to review our stay and saw a picture of the property, I was immediately flooded with a feeling of happiness. That's what great memories I have of the week. The property was very clean, spacious, well-equipped, and well-managed. The location was great - close to the ocean, the bay, and the beautiful lighthouse park. The 7-year old in our group was particularly thrilled with the min-golf across the street and we all loved Poppy's ice cream, Other highlights were morning coffee and evening cocktails and dinner on the deck, browsing in Viking Village, and most of all - the beautiful beaches of Barnegat Light.

Great spot, great house

Great spot to stay on LBI up at the top in Barnegat Light. House is bigger than you'd think and comfortable. All good sized rooms, and nice, updated bathrooms. Great location, walking distance to several restaurants/ice cream, parks, beach, the lighthouse, and great mini golf right across the street. Short drive to even more restaurants, etc. in Harvey Cedars (really recommend Black Eyed Susans). Recommend walking to or parking at 9th street to access beach there, shorter distance through dunes to actual beach/water. And recommend exploring around the lighthouse, short nature trail or out on jetty, and getting Inlet Deli for breakfast or lunch on the way by. Susan was very responsive and a great host.

Wonderful First Trip to the Jersey Shore

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in Barnegat Light. I liked that the location at the end of the island seemed less hectic than some of the towns we passed through. There are several restaurants and shops within a good walking range, the putt-putt is across the street, the lighthouse is close also. We walked to the beach mostly, but also drove once and caught the tram once. The beach is beautiful and very wide at that point on the island. I suggest walking to 9th street or parking there as that is the closest point to the water. The suite was very clean and roomy, and quiet. First time in our VRBO experience that we had a walk-in closet in the Master Suite!! Susan was very responsive and a great host. Thank you!

Fun in the sun!!!

It was a nice place to stay for a week, I loved how big was the house, it's very roomy and the rooms are nice. The owner is a great communicator, she was on point with sending me the key by mail. I would subject to upgrade the outside door to an automatic pin lock, it would be scary if the key got lost in the post office. I was close to everything, the beach was near, and Kubel's restaurant is walking distance of the house. The mini-golf is across the street, and Poppy's ice cream is the best. I will be renting from you again, a little birdie told me you have more rentals, please email me the other spots. Thank you for the awesome experience Susan.

But as Islanders know, it’s not unusual to loose power occasionally which could cause the locks to malfunction since they work off the internet. Clean, Comfortable, and Reliable

My family stayed at Susan’s clean and comfortable house in July, and the experience was perfect for us. The layout is all on one floor, with a few steps separating the living areas from the bedrooms, which is very convenient but you do have to climb a long flight of stairs to get into the place. Not a problem for us, but if you are challenged by stairs you’ll have a hard time getting in and out. The new outdoor shower is large and clean, with plenty of hot water. Thank you!! Makes cleaning up after the beach so much easier. The location is great if you want a small beach town feeling to your stay. You can walk just about anywhere, and it’s very bike friendly. Had a wonderful time. Thank you again Susan!

Summary of the condition of the unit

The outside stairs were not very well lit, even though they replaced 2 burned out bulbs. The outside hand rails need replacing. Our young children both got splinters in their hands. The general upkeep of the entry to the unit needs an upgrade (weeds need to be trimmed on side of driveway, dirty threshold at entry door, etc). We noticed several ants in kitchen area as well. The unit was well supplied with all we needed for the week and was very utilitarian

We have had a wonderful season this year with many happy renters. This renter called and we responded to them within the hour. We brought them a new coffee pot because they didn’t think ours made hot enough coffee. We also replaced a light bulb (although we have a closet full of light bulbs just in case one burns out during a renters’ stay). We also gave them a new bath tub plug, because they felt the tub wasn’t holding water well. They never let us know about anything else. I guess, sometimes you just can’t make a person happy. Hopefully they’ll find a place that them like better next year! Bill and Susan

Loved it!

We had a wonderful time in the very spacious and comfortable apartment. There is something about the light and the layout that are very pleasing. Not fancy, but large and homey. We are cooks, and the kitchen was appointed better than most for making lots of great food, as well as being large. Our bed was very comfortable too. The location may not be for everyone, right in town, but we love that. The (wide) beach is close-ish, but we opted to park on 9th and go in there because of carrying chairs, etc. We had our older parents with us, and realized the two flights of stairs weren’t ideal for them, so be aware of that, and also the outdoor shower wasn’t really great. But we would rent again—Susan was very easy to communicate with, and we all were very comfortable and happy!

This apartment and building were bought by our family in the nineties. Lovingly managed by the owners, this has been the site of many family gatherings and good times too numerous to mention. Everyone who stays in our tree house, loves it! Truly a special place that you will be thrilled that you found.

In downtown Barnegat Light - such as it is - and one block from the beach. You can walk everywhere you need to go. Comfortable and well outfitted, yet easy to maintain, the house that has made countless renters happy. Really a unique find in Barnegat Light!
