Apartment Olive Premium is located in a quiet residential area of Cimizin, just a 10-minute walk from the Pical / Borik beach and about 900 m from the old town of Porec. The house is located on its own 400m2 plot with a beautiful garden. Parking is private (in front of the house), and the host lives in the house.
This new and modernly furnished holiday apartment is ideal for 2 to 3 persons, is located on the ground floor of a private house and offers high comfort and functionality on 45m2 of space. It consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed for 1 person, a bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful terrace with seating set, and a bathroom with shower / toilet. At the entrance there is a covered terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining.
The apartment is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi, satellite TV and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
