The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well equipped and - for our purposes - really well located as we needed to access a nearby hospital.The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in (memory foam). The bedroom and main apartment has aircon, and there is also a large outside terrace, ideal for breakfast in the morning.We were welcomed by the owner, Francesca, who had contacted us and reassured us prior to us travelling because my wife was using a wheelchair at the time and we had to take a hire car. Francesca made sure we had a parking space in the basement and confirmed access via a lift to the apartment.After we arrived we had an issue when our luggage was delayed. Aside from clothing our medications were inside. Francesca went out of her way to help us find a doctor (driving us around), translating, finding a pharmacy, and making sure we were sorted and safe.A few days later my wife became ill, and she took us to the local ER so that my wife could get treatment.Quite simply, Francesca was brilliant with us and this should reassure anyone considering booking the apartment.In terms of the locale, the area around the apartment is suburban and has quite a few lovely cafés, restaurants, and shops.Access to the city centre is best done via taxi and the Freenow app is ideal book one.I believe there is a bus service but we didn't use it. Try Google maps to help establish if public transport works for you.We will definitely return, someday soon!
