Casa Irun Studio Apartment with a stunning view right on the golden sandy beach of Costa Calma. The apartment is located in the private and well-maintained Parque Ventura complex, which has its own direct access to the beach and offers impressive views of the sea and beach thanks to its terraced layout.
The studio features a large kitchen with a dining table, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stovetop, an oven, and plenty of cooking utensils.
The bathroom features a large mirror, a spacious brick-built shower stall, and a bidet.
The bedroom and living room offer plenty of space to relax—whether on the long L-shaped sofa, the cozy double bed, or the upholstered, extra-wide windowsill. All of these spots offer a view of the sea. There is a TV mounted on the wall with a swivel arm, allowing you to watch TV from the sofa or even from the bed. A built-in closet offers plenty of storage space and the option to hang your vacation clothes.
The highlight of the studio is the terrace with a direct view of the sea, the beach, and large parts of Costa Calma as well as the coast of Fuerteventura. The terrace features 2 sun loungers, a table with chairs, a bench, and an awning. All seating and lounging areas are cushioned.
Thanks to its central location, there are also many restaurants, bars, shopping options, and a supermarket within walking distance.
The studio offers the ideal place to relax, whether you’re waking up to a view of the ocean or enjoying the sunrise on the terrace.
There is only German television; no Spanish channels are available.
