The house was very clean and neat. We had some initial trouble with a couple of the doors but got help pretty quickly. A fire alarm was chirping and, although it was only about 5:15, the property management company said they would come the next day to fix it. Then when we objected to that they asked us to replace the battery ourselves. The battery fix didn't work so they said we could go buy a new battery (although no offer to compensate for that). The hot tub needed maintenance which we also mentioned right away but they didn't come and deal with that for two days which means one of the main reasons we booked this place was unusable for half our stay - and unfortunately it was the half that didn't include rain. Again, a meaningless apology but no offer to compensate us. The kitchen could use a few more things - there was nothing to flip eggs with, there was no cooking oil, no platters, and only one bowl bigger than a cereal bowl. We'd consider staying again if they had better property management.

The host was very helpful in accommodating extra cars in our group since many had to come on their own after work. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everyone loved the house and the amenities (game room, hot tub, and the wildlife. We saw deer, turkeys, and rabbits every day. Being close to the lake made it very convenient as well. The property manager was very responsive, communicated effectively and efficiently. Had a great time overall and would definitely come back.

Perfect rental

This was one of the best rental properties I've ever stayed at. Attention to detail was great and the space, rooms, property were all beautiful. Kitchen was stocked with tons of gear and spices that we were able to cook and bake with no issues. The amount of firewood provided was a huge perk. We had campfires nearly every night of our week long stay.

Great place to celebrate Christmas

It's a beautiful property with lots of space for 3 families and lots to do. The game room was a huge hit as well as jacuzzi. Every room has a TV so no one was upset about what to watch. We were lucky and it snowed on Xmas day so we could use the sleds provided by the property.

Family reunion between Christmas and New Year’s. Great location and lots of fun things for the kids. Exceptional communication from the rental agency. Only suggestion would be to get a plowing service for the driveway

Great house for large group!

This house is amazing for large groups. It’s the third time we’ve stayed at this property and it did not disappoint. The kids had a great time in the game room and the hot tub was just what we all needed after a cold day as the snow started falling. The kitchen is stocked with all necessities to cook for a large group and the roll tvs are a great touch! One thing that I believe is being addressed is the water pressure and faulty gas stove in the kitchen that wasn’t completely operable, with two burners out. Neither were a huge deal but something to be aware of and bring up if it happens during your stay. The water pressure was so low that taking a shower or doing dishes was a bit tough. Hopefully, they’ll get that fixed though! Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to stay here again!

Wonderful getaway in Cascades

The house was impeccably clean, and for our dynamic family the game room was just wonderful - the best we've encountered. Communications with the manager were very good. Overall just a great place to enjoy.

The game room was a hit, the home was surrounded by a grass yard and we enjoyed all of the yard games. We brought our boat and Speeyli Beach was so close. The management company was super responsive. What a great first time experience. We will be back next summer.

The house was furnished nicely, the game room garage was a big hit. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were a bit grungy . . so we washed them before use. As many have stated the pet charge is excessive. $50/day * 3 days for a 4lb dog who only stayed 2 days ( but no discount offered ) .. bit much. Overall - a very pleasant experience. - note to owners: I noticed some roof tiles missing on the far side of the garage . . tar paper is showing thru.

fantastic stay !!

What a wonderful Christmas we had at this house. It even snowed on Xmas morning, how did you arrange for THAT??!! Overall it was a great location, "remote" yet not too far from anything. Property is massive so neighbors weren't an issue, and it felt as though we were alone out there. Lots of things to do, especially out in the garage game room. What an addition THAT is. We especially enjoyed the snowshoes that were in there. All 5 of us and the dog took a stroll out back one afternoon and had a great time. The beds were big and comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and roomy, the (gas) fireplace was cozy, and the decorations for Xmas time were classy and just right. Instructions on how-to-do things in and around the house were clear and easy to follow. Owner/manager was easy to deal with and responsive, which is very important. Outdoor adventures, fire pit s'mores, hot tub, game room family Olympics, open floor plan, pets welcomed, comfy furniture and so much more. The ONLY knock, and it's a personal thing, is that if you like thinner pillows you better bring your own. That's my only waaaah. We had a terrific time at your home and thank you for sharing with "us".

Easy access and lovely getaway

Nicely decorated and furnished house plus MIL room which the Grandmother (me) appreciated. The neighbor's houses are not visible from the home. Two refrigerators gave us plenty of storage. The game room was particularly enjoyed by the 4 year olds and their Dads. We enjoyed the hot tub and seeing deer come through the yard. The dogs loved their walks around the area. The check-in code was furnished 30 min before our check-in time and we were told there was no cell access so that was a little stressful. However it seemed that we did cell access on our carriers. Despite the warnings to bring our own spices, there were quite a few to choose from - except no salt and pepper shakers for the table. A welcome notebook like you see in many rentals would be nice in the home, especially providing a list of what is where. We never did find the vacuum cleaner! This area is very convenient from Seattle, so wonderful for a 3 day weekend as fall approaches. We would definitely recommend.
