The holiday home Gîte De L'alliance with step-free access in Lannion is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi, air conditioning and towels. This property boasts a private outdoor area featuring a garden, open terrace, and barbecue.
The vacation home is conveniently located near the Pink Granite Coast, Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac’h, and the GR34 hiking trail. Bréhat and Batz Islands are also within reach for day trips. Numerous beaches can be found just 10 minutes away, while a forest and river with walking and hiking circuits are only 5 minutes from the property. A variety of outdoor activities are available nearby, and public transport links are within walking distance.
