The living area features a cozy sitting area (with a pull-out sofa bed measuring 190 x 140) and a separate dining area. A flat-screen TV and radio are, of course, provided. The open kitchen, integrated into the living area, is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic cooktop with oven, and a microwave. In the bedroom, guests have access to a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The modern bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. The spacious southwest-facing balcony promises many relaxing hours in the sun well into the late afternoon. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the basement.
