The newly built Strandresidenz Haus Else Marie apartment complex, completed in 2018, is located in a quiet beachfront setting, right on the Ahlbeck Promenade. With beach access right outside the door and the surrounding greenery of the nearby forest, the location can be described as particularly attractive. Most of the apartments offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the beach. Guests staying in the apartments at the back can enjoy even more sunshine. The beach is particularly wide and beautiful along this stretch. A short distance from the pier and Ahlbeck’s main beach, you can swim and relax in peace here. The famous historic pier in Ahlbeck is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. A wide variety of shopping options, restaurants, and bars in the seaside resort await guests. The three imperial spas offer an eventful summer of art and culture, as well as a variety of events even outside the peak season. The “Baltic Hills” golf course is about a 10-minute drive away.

A special highlight is offered during the off-season (Sept. 15 – June 15): A small wellness area with two sauna rooms (Finnish and bio sauna), including showers and a relaxation room, is available to guests free of charge. The saunas can be used daily from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

This very spacious 90-square-meter 3-room apartment is located on the top floor of the Strandresidenz, which was newly built in 2018, and offers ample comfort for 4–6 people; it is, of course, accessible by elevator. Enjoy your vacation right by the sea in this high-quality and very tastefully furnished apartment. In the living area, with its large floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll find a comfortable upholstered seating set consisting of a sofa and armchair, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV, as well as a dining table for shared meals. A gas fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere and additional warmth when needed. The modern open-concept kitchen, featuring a counter and bar stools, is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven with an integrated microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and more. Both bedrooms each feature an extra-large, comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 220), ample closet space, and their own TV. From one of the two bedrooms, you can enjoy a view of the Baltic Sea. You can access the large, southwest-facing balcony from the living room. On the wind-protected rooftop terrace (also facing southwest), you can enjoy sunny summer days from as early as March through November, weather permitting. Seating and sun loungers are provided. Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower featuring a real glass partition and a sink/toilet. Amenities include a hair dryer and underfloor heating in each bathroom.
