Vacation apartment/apartment for 4 guests with 71m² in Seebad Heringsdorf (270036)

The “Villa Medici” fits seamlessly into a row of historic villas that reflect the elegance and charm of the “Wilhelmine era.” It is separated from the white Baltic Sea beach only by the beautifully landscaped promenade. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to both the center of Heringsdorf and the neighboring seaside resort of Ahlbeck, as well as their respective famous piers. The same applies to a variety of shops and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a bike rental shop and a small supermarket.

This lovingly and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment is located on the top floor. With its 71 square meters, this bright apartment offers plenty of space for up to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The highlight of this apartment is the stunning view of the promenade and, in part, the beach and the Baltic Sea from the living room and the rooftop terrace. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (170x200), a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV/radio. The floors are covered with real wood parquet. The approximately 14-square-meter rooftop terrace, which faces the sea and is accessible from the living room, invites guests to enjoy breakfast outdoors. In the reading chair by the west-facing window, you can finally get around to reading your favorite book. The dining area is also located in the living room and is perfect for enjoying leisurely meals together. The light-filled, separate kitchen is equipped with a modern built-in kitchen featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and more. The bedroom, separated from the living room by a sliding door, is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses and a multi-door wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a glass-enclosed shower, a sink/toilet, and a washing machine. All rooms are equipped with exterior blinds. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment.
