From the property, it’s a leisurely 10-minute walk to the Heringsdorf pier, the lively town center, or the popular “Chapeau Rouge” theater. Restaurants are within walking distance along the promenade, both toward Heringsdorf and toward Ahlbeck.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (side entrance). You can store your own or rented bicycles safely on the property in a lockable bike shed.

The bedroom, from whose window you can also catch a glimpse of the sea, is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (topper 180 x 200) and a wardrobe. The modern, compact bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway, features a shower with a clear glass enclosure and a sink/toilet. A washer and dryer are available in the house. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment.
