The holiday apartment Tierra Y Mar 3 is located in Arrecife and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private covered terrace for relaxing evenings.
The vacation home is conveniently located near the Cabildo de Lanzarote, Aldi supermarket, and the capital’s shopping area, just a 5-minute walk from the Arrecife bus interchange. The area offers easy access to the airport (only 6 minutes by car) and main tourist spots.
