Arrieta Apartment

Lovely place, nice and clean, comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water to shower. Nice bar & coffee shop next door, pizza restaurant across the street. 5mins walk to a lovely beach, nice and quiet town.

Cozy garden level flat close to the market and beach

The apartment is a cozy little one bedroom with a pull out couch and a nice porch. It is a quick walk to the market, beach, and several restaurants. The owner was extremely responsive and very helpful in supplying some extra amenities for our baby. The plumbing requires no paper to be put into the toilet, and the water is said to be non potable (we drank it), but both of those are things that seem to be ubiquitous in this town and across the island in general. Overall, this place is an excellent, budget friendly choice for a nice relaxing vacation rental.

Overall very positive. The apartment was very clean and tidy, plenty of linen and towels. Complimentary bottle of water and biscuits on arrival. Supermarket just down the road where you could get everything you needed. Bed was very comfortable but we sat on extra cushions on the settee as this wasnt so good. Wifi worked perfectly. Kitchen had all the appliances we needed. Couple of small issues, no cushions for the sunbeds and in the bathroom, the bath and the sealant around the bath could do with a refresh. Overall it was a great place to stay, Arrieta is away from the major flux of tourists and offered a very peaceful, relaxed and beautiful location.

Highly recommended if you are 2 persons. BUT if you are 4 persons, you must be prepared to sleep on a uncomfortable and small sofa (120cm), and in the living room (there is no "Chambre 2").A small foldable bed was added in extra in the bedroom to reach the target to host 4 persons, it fits for a kid, but no more. To end up, it was not as expected but it was ok for the 3 of us.Arrieta is a great place to stay, the appartement is well located and spacious. The outdoor was well apreciated also, as well as the 2 entrances. No problem for parking in the street.

Sehr saubere Wohnung im Zentrum von Arrieta. Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Große Wohnküche, Sofa zum ausklappen, bequeme Betten. Es gab viele Handtücher, eine Waschmaschine, immer heißes Wasser. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, Schlüssel in einer Box. Basics in der Küche vorhanden, ein Willkommensgeschenk überraschte uns.Strand mit netter Bar in ca. 500m.Außenbereich nicht spektakulär, aber zweckmäßig. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die gesamte Insel zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen, schlechter Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Aber mit Stöpsel drin ist es okay.Es war alles wie beschrieben, wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

El apartamento esta muy bien y es muy agradable.La unica pega que pondria es que hay algun ruido que otro durmiendo pero en general bien. Tambien quizas se echo de menos algo mas de productos de limpieza.

Muy bien ubicado

El apartamento está en la calle principal de Arrieta muy céntrico y cercano tanto de la playa de la Garita cómo del muelle. Está bastante completo, limpio y muy cómodo. Estuvimos algo más de un mes y no tenemos ninguna queja. La comunicación con la propietaria genial. Sin duda repetiremos Para repetir

bueno calidad precio

Esta en medio del pueblo por lo que tienes todo a mano (super, restaurantes y playas) es un sitio tranquilo porque es un pueblo pequeño pero la terraza está delante de la calle principal por lo que no es super silencioso si eso es lo que buscas, el apartamento está bién tienes todo lo necesario pero el sofá es super incómodo y el baño huele mal por el olor del alcantarillado, (que por lo que creo es normal en este pueblo ya que se puede oler por alguna otra calle también) yo lo solucionaba manteniendo la puerta cerrada para que el olor no se expandiera por todo el apartamento, también encontré a faltar lo básico para cocinar como puede ser sal y aceite, sabe mal tener que comprar un kilo de sal y un litro de aceite para una semana.. pero bueno yo lo dejé allí espero que les sirva a las próximos visitas

Excellent garden south facing

Limpio, bien equipado, céntrico, se aparca bien, cerca de bares, cajero, supermercado, herbolario, fisioterapeutas en punta mujeres, playa a 3 minutos. Detallazos: botella de agua, cervezas, un poco de aceite de oliva, galletas y chocolatinas, detergente, limpia vajillas, tostadora, microondas, kettle, mantas, jabón en baño. Buen colchón, toallas de sobra, tendedero, armario suficientemente amplio. Terraza jardín imbatible!!. En invierno da el sol desde primeras horas. Trato inmejorable. Buena comunicación.
