this propety has never been stayed in by the mega corporation who owns it. It's in a beautiful old building in a great location. A mix of apartments and offices. The check in process, the stay and the amenities were no up to par. The check in address is actually across the street from the lockbox with the keys. At the address given, there are two lock boxes. But the one containing the keys is across the street. Once open there is a ring with about ten keys on it, only three of which you need to access the property. A gate key, a front door key and a key to the apartment. I dont know what all the other keys are for but it's a lot to carry around. Which is why I inadvertently left them inside the apartment one rainy morning. In order to regain access, I had to phone the offiice which is 40 min away so I spend a few hours outside while some very nice person from the Riva de Garda office came to my rescue. I wonder how much it would take to install 21st century technology like key pads. Its not like the building is that secure. The front gate and front door are often left open during business hours because of all the offices in the building. One afternoon a man who appeared to be homeless knocked at the apartment door asking for money. The lighting is literally clinical. I had to borrow an bedside lamp from a friend. And while a washer would be great to have, there is no such thing. In fact, I am attaching a photo of the bathroom decor here as well as the lamp I borrowed
