Characterful House with Garden, Stunning View of the Dordogne

You may come across Lalou, our cat, who wanders around the house. She is independent and discreet, but may come inside if the door is open. She is gentle, very friendly, a little shy, and never causes any trouble.



This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for your whole family or for a few days with friends. This beautiful, typical house of the region combines charm and comfort. Located between the Arcachon Basin and Sarlat, at the gateway to Saint-Émilion, it invites you to discover a region rich in gastronomy, monuments, cities and sites listed as UNESCO World Heritage, festivals, as well as many outdoor sports activities.



The house has two entrances: one through the private parking area and one through the garden. The spacious living area includes the lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with a bathroom (bathtub and shower) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms, one with a TV and games console, a view of the river, and a shared bathroom with shower and toilet.



The large garden offers shaded terraces with two small lounges and a large table for your meals. A small outbuilding houses the barbecue, table tennis, adult bikes and outdoor games.



A high chair and baby cot are available on request.



You have access to the entire house. Keys will be handed over in person. A welcome booklet will be available with essential information. In case of emergency, we live a few kilometres away and remain available by phone.
